The 114-year-old Atlantic Hotel has re-opened in Berlin Maryland. In 1895 this historic hotel opened as the Hotel Atlantic and has just undergone a careful restoration returning it to its former glory. Lunch will be served in the Drummer’s Café which features fresh fish as well as regional ingredients from the farmers market down the block.

After lunch there will be time to browse in the numerous antique shops and local art galleries.

This trip is a great opportunity to visit a “jewel” of a town that is not only historic but where “Runaway Bride” starring Julia Roberts was filmed.
